By March 2022 the KHS would have had its 4th meeting at the Nairobi Physic Garden. Recently Dr. Nicola Perry from the Dilston Physic Garden (who we are now in collaboration with) gave a talk on memory boosting plants, including sage.

Tribal elders from all over the country visited the garden, all of whom were Medicine Men and who had a vast amount of knowledge of medicinal plants. It was fantastic to share and exchange knowledge about healing plants, and to learn from each other.

A 6-generation Tibetan Healer Amchi Kunga gave an introductory talk on the science of Tibetan Medicine at the Nairobi Physic Garden.
